** We do NOT accept Medicaid, "UPMC for YOU", state paid plans, Gateway, 

Dual Medicaid plans, Wholecare,  Welfare, Workmans Comp, any HMO or DHMO plans. 



Please have the following information ready when calling. Your insurance will be verified prior to making an appointment:

  1. Dental Insurance Company name
  2. Member ID #
  3. Birthday
  4. Policy holder information when calling if it is not you. ( spouse, parent, etc)


MetLife uses your social security # as your ID. Please have that available so we can verify your coverage.  If the policy holder is a spouse or parent, you will need their social security number. 

Dental coverage is not  the same as your medical coverage. Most times they are completely different companies.  All insurance will be verified prior to making an appointment. 


​Insurance is not 100% coverage on all services. All plans will have deductibles, copays, maximums, frequencies, waiting periods and other clauses that affect your plan.  There are services with zero coverage(meaning the insurance offers no coverage and/ or downgrading services which then becomes the subscribers responsibility. This is your insurances rules for your policy) The amount of coverage varies depending the plan you or your employer has chosen.
